Location: New Zealand
Description: A full net of Orange Roughy, about 30 tonnes, caught 1000 metres below the surface far off New Zealand's East coast. Orange roughy live in a cold (4-7C) and dark world. They are typically found at depths of 500-1800m over seamounts (underwater mountains) and oceanic ridges.
