DeepCamDeepCam is a custom-built deep-sea still camera system created specifically for imaging seafloor and pelagic life. This digital system is designed to yield publication-quality still images and can be mounted on several deployment platforms, including tethered and autonomous platforms, including manned and unmanned submersibles, rated to depths of 3,000 m (10,000 feet).  Various triggering options are available, including a programmable preset and adaptable trigger switch.

From early - to mid - 2007, DeepCam and a technican will become available for hire by the commercial and research uses in the Oceania region.
